We are looking for a customer service professional to join our Safety and Health Fee team responsible for effectively administering the data collection and issuing of invoices to industry under the Mines and Explosives Safety and Health Fee, and the Petroleum and Gas Safety and Health Fee.

In this role, you will be working for the resources industry regulator and reporting to the Fee Manager, within Corporate Finance.
Our ideal candidate will:
- be able to interpret and apply relevant legislation and communicate this to people from diverse backgrounds.
- have an understanding of project management.
- have strong database administration knowledge.
- be skilled in understanding financial processes in particular debt management.
- have exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
- work autonomously but seek guidance where needed.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment screening including discipline history and criminal history checks, and will require a Queensland Explosives Security Clearance.
