The Project Support Officer is responsible for supporting the People & Culture Team, comprising of Human Resources and Capability & Culture, ensuring seamless operations and the highest standards of service delivery.

As a member of the People & Culture team, you will be involved in providing administrative support services including:

  • Providing high-level administrative support for the RSHQ People & Culture team including the Director and Human Resources Manager.
  • Coordinating the HR team inbox, prioritising urgent and important requests and escalating emergent issues where necessary.
  • Assisting the team with internal document management.
  • Proactively assisting with ensuring procedures and systems are efficient and current.
  • Providing administrative project support including research, analysis, problem solving, and providing advice to the team to assist in the delivery of project outcomes.
  • Monitoring project milestones and initiatives, ensuring priorities are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Assisting with arranging and organising event or meeting activities such as venues, catering, materials, travel and accommodation, and business arrangements as required for the team.
  • Assisting with preparing, coordinating, and reviewing RSHQ and ministerial correspondence and other material ensuring consultation with appropriate areas where required.
