Simtars is seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in software development to support a small team of engineers and developers in the SafeGas team. This role will be the technical lead, mentor and uplift the capability of junior developers, collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders, and manage key processes such as security audits, load testing, and Agile workflows.

This role requires an in depth understanding of modern software development technologies, architecture and automation processes and will be involved in implementing projects and delivering innovative solutions that enhance safety and operational outcomes for health and safety within the mining sector.
