Employee Grievances
Provide expert advice and case management support on workplace conduct, grievances, performance, discipline and employee relations matters.

If you have a HR generalist or an employee relations specialist, this role is for you. You play a vital role in managing cases, working with Crown Law and our internal legal team while supporting and contributing to the uplift of our internal processes and procedures.

People Management

Deliver high-quality People Management services across recruitment, payroll liaison, establishment management, workforce reporting and general HR advisory functions.

If you have a HR generalist background or specialise in talent acquisition, this role is for you. Working in the People Management team you will be a key to refreshing our vacancy management practices and enabling better talent acquisition strategies, while directly coaching and supporting selection panels.

Culture, Capability and Engagement

Lead and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, organisational culture, recognition programs and workforce experience.

If you have a HR generalist background or specialise in capability development, then this role is for you. This role is an important part of our major culture and change program. You will be directly involved in implementation of strategies and working with management and leadership team to embed new behaviours.
