We are seeking an experienced Principal Advisor Learning & Organisational Development to join the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). This role is required to lead the design, development, implementation and evaluation of contemporary Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) projects and initiatives.

This position is a permanent, full-time role and is located in the Brisbane CBD with generous flexible working arrangements.

The role of the Principal Advisor L&OD is to support our projects and initiatives aimed at achieving the RTA's Strategic Plan, People Plan and Roadmap for Success.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to review strategic, operational and business plans to determine capability uplift required, project deliverables, approach and outcomes
  • The ability to collaborate and partner with key stakeholders (including senior leaders) on the ongoing development of initiatives and resolution of business issues to determine success
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to identify and drive the continual improvement of organisational development activities
  • The ability to work under pressure in an environment of competing priorities and manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in the successful management and delivery of integrated organisational development projects, strategic workforce planning and capability uplift (including digital uplift)
  • Experience in developing training needs analysis, training plans, leadership programs, instructional design, learning content and evaluating learning projects.
