Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

As a Senior Pharmacist, you will provide high-level clinical services throughout the patient journey, with both inpatient and outpatient care. Your responsibilities will include documenting patient admissions (inclusive of a best possible medication history), conducting clinical medication reviews, and collaboratively formulating medication management plans.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Perform the role with a high degree of independence with infrequent clinical and management supervision.
- Provide high level clinical advice to diverse stakeholders.
- Document clinical activities, incidents and interventions, consistent with the general documentation and reporting requirements of the department.
- Work cooperatively and effectively within the pharmacy and health care team.
Remuneration value up to $31,471 p.a., comprising salary rates $64.64- $69.55 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent part time position, 15.2 hrs p.f.).
