An exciting opportunity exists for Administration Officers for the casual pool at Gympie Hospital. The Administration Officer provides high quality and effective administrative support and customer service to health professionals and clients in a multi-disciplinary environment. The Administration Officer performs a range of administrative and operational activities such as administration, reception and general clerical duties.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Proficiently complete administrative functions including, but not limited to, data entry, report printing, photocopying, telephone enquiries and reception to internal and external clients.
- Patient liaison and support.
- Provide a professional customer focused service to clients and staff.
- Effectively communicate with clients and staff demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
Salary rates: $48.51 - $53.95 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (several casual positions, hours as required). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
