An exciting opportunity exists for a Coordinator/System Administrator to operationally and professionally supervise, coordinate and support a team of administrative staff working in the Referral and Communications Centre, and perform a range of administration functions to ensure consistent and high-quality services in clinical areas.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Management and supervision of administrative staff within Referral and Communications Centre by resolving day to day operational issues and facilitation of professional development for administrative staff.
- Provide effective and efficient data administration and maintain data integrity of RCC business systems including SRWS (Smart Referrals Workflow Solution), e-blue, Referral Services Directory (RSD) and Amazon Connect.
- Planning and organising skilled staff to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and each service area meets the Specialist Outpatients Services Implementation Standards (SOSIS) determined Key Performance Indicators.
- Oversee and participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices. Identify areas for improvement and recommend, negotiate and implement enhancements to existing practices.
Remuneration value up to $91 342 p.a., comprising salary rates $45.81- $50.46 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (part time position, 60.8 hrs p.f.).
