Key Responsibilities include:
- This role will be responsible for WBA program requirements in providing an alternative accreditation pathway to the AMC part 2 Clinical Exam for International Medical Graduates (lMGs) to gain AMC certification and qualification for general medical registration.
- The role will require highly developed knowledge of AMC and AHPRA requirements and demonstrated experience in successfully delivering program initiatives, liaising with stakeholders and providing effective engagement and candidate advocacy.
- The role will oversee the administration and operational requirements of other IMG training pathways, for example, the STEPP-IN program, with support from the Medical Education Administrative team.
- Be accountable for the coordination and administration of a nationally recognised program and ensure initial and ongoing accreditation guidelines are met.
Remuneration value up to $104 842 p.a., comprising salary rates $53.24 - $57.92 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5) (part time position, 60.8 hrs p.f.).
