Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

You will provide professional support, accurate and timely high level strategic advice to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Finance Officer, Executive and Divisional Leadership Teams to support the delivery of a sustainable, high value health service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide high quality analysis of complex health care data to support strategic and operational decision making, focusing on the improvement of health outcomes.
- Develop productive relationships with all stakeholders, providing effective training and advice including productivity and efficiency performance review. Liaise with relevant clinical staff and team members to better understand patient activities and resource utilisation, recommending further refinements to improve the accuracy and quality of data.
- Lead and manage the development of effective and innovative management reports, including scorecards and performance dashboards for senior internal and external stakeholders using contemporary Business Intelligence tools and techniques to assist decision making, process improvement initiatives and performance against key metrics.
Remuneration value up to $13,880 p.m., comprising salary between $5214.20 - $5595.80 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7) (Fixed term temporary full time, 76 hrs p.f. for six months with possibility of extension).
