An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Nurse Coach (CC) to join the team at the Inpatient Unit 5D in Cancer Care Services. The Clinical Nurse Coach (CC) leads and delivers person centred care at an advanced level based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – Registered Nurse Standards for Practice, via facilitation of the competence and confidence of clinicians.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Adhere to the clinical coach framework and work collaboratively with coaches across the health service.
• Facilitate a learning environment by enabling staff to share knowledge and expertise, support the development of other staff and students and participate in innovation and change strategies to develop responses to address emerging service trends.
• Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Sunshine Coast Health Values.
• Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, work health and safety and ethical behaviour.

Salary between $4138.10- $4431.10 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (Band 1)) (one temporary full time position available for relief leave coverage, up to the end of 2025) Applications will remain current for the duration of the vacancy.
