The Administration Coordinator will provide a high level of confidential administrative support for inpatient and outpatient services within Caloundra Health Service. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication daily and externally with various departments and agencies. Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervision of administrative staff in various inpatient and outpatient areas within Caloundra Hospital within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of workforce management strategies and initiatives to facilitate the effective utilisation of human resources.
- Contribute to high professional standards for administrative services by resolving day to day operational issues relating to procedures and staff within the team, assist with the review and development of work practices/procedures and the facilitation of professional development for administrative staff.
- Assist in administrative and business aspects of outpatient services through the collection and maintenance of statistics, quality improvement initiatives and monitoring/reporting of operational and financial resources in consultation with the Business Manager.
Remuneration value up to $114 177 p.a., comprising salary between $90 832 - $100 071 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4).
