The Digital Health and Clinical Information Services Quality and Training Coordinator supports the functional components of DH & CIS including clinical and patient information system management, medical records, medical transcription, Health information management and Clinical Informatics and Data Maintenance.

Key Responsibilites include:
- This role is required to deliver education at various levels of knowledge to both clinical and administration streams, whilst providing support and education to other team members in the department. The training officer is responsible for conducting, assessing, planning, coordinate and evaluate learning and development activities for DH and CIS clientele both internal and external to the service.
- Manage the effective development and maintenance of education materials i.e. procedures and work-unit guidelines, for DH and CIS initiatives that support clinical system integrity i.e. ieMR, HBCIS, Fluency for Transcription, EDS, KOFAX etc,
- Ensure the required learning outcomes of specified education meets the needs of end users.
- Manage the effective development and distribution of internal and external communication activities within Informatics and Operations.
Remuneration value up to $45 670 p.a., comprising salary rates $45.81 - $50.46 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (part time position, 30.4 hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
