An exciting opportunity exists for Physiotherapist Graduate to deliver Physiotherapy clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health, in accordance with the goals, policies and requirements of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. Physiotherapy clinicians within allied health work as a team to meet clinical demand in keeping with Clinical Prioritisation Document. Staff will be required to work across other clinical services and facilities within Allied Health as required to assist in meeting patient care needs, managing leave cover, and succession planning of staff.

Physiotherapy clinicians within allied health work as a team to meet clinical demand in keeping with Clinical Prioritisation Document. Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Deliver entry-level Physiotherapy clinical services as rostered within Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Apply communication skills to work cooperatively and effectively with patients and their families/carers as well as colleagues, supervisors and all members of the multi-professional team.
- Manage an appropriate caseload using high level time management and prioritisation skills, including clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation.
- As experience builds, apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to more complex clinical decision making under the clinical practice supervision of a more senior Physiotherapist.
Remuneration value up to $132 567 p.a., comprising salary between $79 051 - $116 189 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Two Fixed Term Temporary positions available for 12 months with possibility of extension).
