Join Sunshine Coast Health’s Endoscopy Procedure Suites as an Enrolled Nurse. You’ll deliver patient-centred care for adults undergoing gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP and other advanced interventions in a specialised, high-acuity setting. Working under RN supervision and to EN scope, you’ll coordinate patient flow, support safe procedural care and contribute to clinical excellence and infection control. Roles are across SCUH (Birtinya) and Nambour, with permanent, part-time and full-time options. You’ll uphold NSQHS Standards and the SCH Safe Care Framework, practise within NMBA codes, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key responsibilities include:
- Reprocess endoscopes/instruments to required infection-control standards and maintain accurate traceability records.
- Support patient flow: admission checks, basic observations within scope, and safe discharge readiness
- Escalate clinical/equipment concerns and contribute to safety and quality improvement activities
- Work safely and collaboratively (PPE, manual handling, “bare below the elbows”) across SCUH and Nambour sites.
Salary between $71 234 - $75 602 p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $35.92 - $36.97 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) (Nurse Grade 3) (several full time and part time positions available, 48 hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
