We're excited to welcome a Technical Architect to our Telecommunications and ICT Business Improvement team.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

The Technical Architect is responsible for leading the development of end to end, fit for purpose clinical systems, major medical and biomedical equipment solutions.
Digital Health Projects deliver ICT initiatives for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. The next phase of initiatives includes upgrades, enhancements and expansion to existing Sunshine Coast University Hospital deployed applications, uplifts to infrastructure capacity and capabilities at both Nambour General Hospital (NGH) and Sunshine Coast University Hospital (SCUH) and new strategic ICT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Contribute to and assure the technical architecture designs and configuration for the Digital Health Projects program solutions to meet business and architectural requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to Digital Health Projects relating to the technical streams.
- Understand and ensure the Digital Health Project solution deliverables and technical architectures align with Queensland Health standards and directions.
Remuneration value up to $148,323 p.a., comprising salary between $121,360- $129,998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
