We’re excited to welcome a Principal Project Officer (Engineering) to our Program Delivery team in Capital Assets and Infrastructure. To provide high level leadership and management to allocated projects and contribute to and facilitate the implementation of projects.

Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• The Principal Project Officer Engineering will be expected to adopt best practice project management methodology and compliance with all Queensland Health planning activities relating to service development, capital works and asset management and be the key lead particularly for engineering type projects.
• Working with the project managers, work collaboratively with key stakeholders, to plan and support the delivery of the projects, on budget and in accordance with project objectives.
• Coordinate and monitor the development and implementation of schedules/projects in line with agreed service delivery models.
• Work with strategic partners to develop and assess appropriate service delivery models.

Remuneration value up to $166 569 p.a., comprising salary between $136 035 - $145 990 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7).
