An exciting opportunity exists for a Roster Support Officer to provide dedicated rostering and workforce management support services and to nurse unit/line managers to achieve the optimal deployment of business unit resources.

Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide quality customer focused rostering and workforce management support services (including the planning, creation, and maintenance of rosters) to nurse unit/line managers to ensure optimum workforce deployment.
• Pro-actively manage time and attendance records, liaising with staff and nurse unit/line managers to enable accurate scheduling activities and pay outcomes.
• Establish and maintain a close working relationship with nurse unit/line managers to understand the operating environment and requirements.

Remuneration value up to $97 656 p.a., comprising salary between $76 963 - $85 591 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (temporary full time position available for 12 months).
