Key Responsibilities include:

• Deliver safe, patient-centred care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing interventions.

• Support safe and efficient patient flow, including short-stay management in MAPU and early discharge coordination in the Discharge Centre.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve quality health outcomes and provide appropriate referrals.

• Contribute to continuous improvement through clinical leadership, mentoring, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.

Salary rates: $41.73 - $53.53 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 5) (temporary part time position available for up to six months, Hours Negotiable.).
