Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver comprehensive, family-centred nursing care that supports children's growth, development, and wellbeing from the prenatal period through to the early years.

  • Collaborate with families, peers, and multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care, making appropriate referrals to support optimal health outcomes.

  • Promote health education, prevention, and early intervention through evidence-based practice and community engagement.

  • Maintain professional accountability and uphold the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, ensuring care aligns with SCHHS policies, procedures, and values.

Salary rates: $41.73 - $53.53 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 5) (temporary part time positions available for upto six months, hours negotiable ).
