We're excited to welcome a Team Leader Private Practice to our Revenue Services team.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Your role is to ensure the ongoing development and smooth running of Revenue Services, managing the Private Practice department and staff based at various locations within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. You will also provide support to the professional and administrative staff to facilitate a professional, structured service raising revenue, whilst complying with relevant financial, strategic and health related aims and provisions, both in respect of the organisation and legislatively.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership, direction and supervision of administrative staff in the Private Practice Suites and Revenue Units, managing human resource issues, performance development and training.
- Establishing appropriate work practices for administrative staff ensuring that legislative and organisational requirements are met.
- Contribute to high professional standards for administration services by resolving day to day operational issues related to procedures and staff within the team, assisting with review and development of work practices/procedures and facilitation of professional development for administrative staff.
Remuneration value up to $131,052 p.a., comprising salary between $105,568 - $114,861 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5).
