About the Role
As a teacher at Berrinba East State School, you will:

- Contribute to our whole-school focus on inclusive practices, play-based pedagogy in the early years, and the integration of trauma-informed approaches and digital learning tools.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- A demonstrated commitment to inclusive, student-centred teaching that responds to diverse learning needs.
- Strong capability in curriculum knowledge, differentiation, and classroom management.
- A proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
Desirable:
- Knowledge or experience in trauma-informed practice, co-teaching models, and the use of digital learning tools to enhance engagement.
- A strong understanding of Play Pedagogy and its application in early years education.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. - Employment for pre-service/graduate teachers will be subject to the successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification and meeting the minimum requirements as a teacher with the department.
