Your Opportunity
As the Administration Officer, you will:
- As the Administration Officer, you may undertake work across a broad range of corporate service activities, including human resource (HR), financial and facilities, and/or undertake a narrow range of duties relating to a specific corporate services function.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities for the efficient and effective provision of corporate services to support school operations.
The Administration Officer, reports to the Principal/Executive Principal or nominated delegate.
Your Responsibilities
As the Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations of enrolments, including phone and email queries.
- Maintain student administration systems related to enrolment data and statistics.
- Communicate and work collegially with regional and departmental officers, as well as other schools, to ensure student data is accurate.
- Facilitate enrolment meetings with prospective students, parents, caregivers, and school staff by preparing enrolment information, managing bookings, and providing other required documentation.
- Develop and maintain a proactive and consistent online and social media presence to promote the school and communicate with the local community in a responsive and respectful manner.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials, including marketing strategies and initiatives, and support the creation of local systems and processes.
- Perform other suitable duties, consistent with the responsibilities of the position, as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.
