About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and strategic leader with expertise and a passion to be innovative, undertake project planning, implementation and build staff capability.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide advice to schools on the operation of FSCs with adherence to policy, procedure and legislation
  • Provide advice on managing potential issues in consultation with internal stakeholders
  • Initiating, developing and maintaining effective communication and collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Analysing, reviewing and refining regional systems and processes to ensure successful FSC service delivery
  • Monitoring data collection to inform and support practice
  • Supporting the management of recruitment, workforce planning and training based on school requirements
