Step Into Your Next Chapter:
- General administration, reception, scheduling, and school records
- Basic finance tasks including purchasing, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Assisting with school budget and resource management
- Supporting staff with HR processes like timesheets and leave
- Liaising with contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Communicating professionally with staff, families and the wider community
What You Bring:
- Strong admin and organisational skills
- Experience with finance systems and Microsoft Office
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Knowledge of OneSchool or experience in a school setting
- Experience supporting HR or facilities tasks
