Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations and casual payroll support.
  • Manage financial systems (e.g., OneSchool), financial registers, and ensure timely payment and recovery of accounts.
  • Provide all-round office administration support - including supporting the reception and student services counters, human resource record keeping, staff onboarding, staff timesheets, and compliance training monitoring.
  • Support facilities management, including contractor liaison, stocktakes, minor works coordination, and safety compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in systems and processes to ensure smooth, efficient office operations

  • You are a proactive, reliable and resourceful team player with:
  • Demonstrated experience in finance, accounts management, or business administration.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, contractors, and the community.
  • Confidence with financial and administrative systems (experience with OneSchool and Agresso is highly regarded).
  • A flexible and “can-do” attitude - willing to step into different roles to support the team.
