This is a temporary full-time position to commence from 27 January 2026 until 11 December 2026, with possibility of extension.

Your opportunity
This position requires a specialisation within the role description of Head of Department (Curriculum) in the area of developing high-quality teaching and learning across Prep to Year 6, while performing all core responsibilities of the HOD-C.
This position spans all learning areas and supports a systematic, school-wide approach to effective teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong credibility through demonstrated teaching excellence, deep curriculum knowledge, and pedagogical expertise.
- Facilitate and coordinate professional learning across Prep-Year 6, equipping staff with the skills for low-variance, high-impact approaches.
- Apply sophisticated interpersonal, analytical, and strategic skills to lead change, inspire and engage stakeholders.
- Work as part of the school leadership team to support a systematic, school-wide curriculum delivery.
- Provide support and guidance to staff throughout all stages of the teaching cycle.
