As Head of Department, you will provide strategic leadership across the faculty to ensure high-quality teaching and learning outcomes for all students.

The Perfect Fit:
- Proven success in improving student outcomes through high-impact teaching practices.
- Experience leading curriculum planning and delivery within a faculty/department or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong instructional leadership capability, including the ability to model, coach and develop teacher practice.
- Deep understanding of assessment, moderation, and data-informed decision making.
- Commitment to inclusive education and embedding socially just practices.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive staff, student and community relationships.
- Understanding of departmental legislation, policy, compliance and safety obligations.
- Capacity to manage resources (people, time, budget, facilities) effectively to meet departmental goals.
