- Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.

The Perfect Fit:
- Skilled in Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), using these frameworks to support both student wellbeing and academic success.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to step in where needed, working collaboratively as part of a strong and supportive leadership team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role involves building strong relationships with staff, students, and families, and leading collaboratively to foster a positive, inclusive school culture.
