Facilities Supervisor - Kingston State College

An exciting opportunity exists for a Facilities Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our school facilities. This role ensures safe, compliant and high-quality environments by coordinating maintenance, cleaning, contractors, assets and capital works, while managing facility hire, telecommunications and continuous improvement across buildings, grounds and services.

Your Role
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, contractors, cleaning, grounds, assets and telecommunications
- Schedule, prioritise and monitor maintenance and minor works, including capital projects and compliance with safety and security requirements
- Conduct facility inspections and manage key control and Work Area Access Permits (WAAP)
- Oversee facility hire operations and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise and support grounds, cleaning and uniform. operations staff
- Identify maintenance needs, drive process improvements and provide administrative and operational support
- Build effective relationships with departmental officers, Business Managers and community partners to ensure compliance with service standards and policies
