An exciting temporary full-time opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and passionate Head of School within the Primary Campus at Varsity College for period of 6 months, unless otherwise determined. This position will work collaboratively with the Principal - Secondary under the leadership of the Executive Principal. You will be a dynamic leader who can lead and develop a team to provide a learning environment that encourages students to give their best, embrace challenge, and grow to reach their full potential.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

- Set and maintain high standards for student achievement, staff performance, and professional practice.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, community groups, government agencies, industry and business.
- Manage resources strategically, informed by relevant legislation and policy, while engaging in ongoing professional learning.
