About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the strategic development, implementation, and review of curriculum across all year levels.
  • Ensure alignment with relevant curriculum frameworks and standards.
  • Drive improvement in teaching and learning (reading in particular) through data-informed decision making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to embed whole-school priorities and initiatives.

Highly desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience in curriculum leadership or a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform teaching and learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
