An experienced and innovative educator is being sought to join the Yarrabilba State Secondary College team in the position of Deputy Principal from February 2026 to the end of 2026.
You will be one of four Deputy Principals, with portfolio responsibilities aligned with the College's AIP of improving student engagement and attendance.

The successful applicant will have portfolio responsibilities aligned with the College's AIP priority of improving student engagement and attendance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Refining and redeveloping processes for improving student attendance and engagement
- Student wellbeing initiatives
- Oversight of Student Support programs
- Line management of the Student Services Team
- Supporting staff capability in Trauma Informed Practices.
