About the Role
Your responsiblities will include:
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including coordinating interviews, liaising with schools to arrange interview panels, and managing onboarding processes (e.g., CHC checks, appointment letters, and document collation).
- Provide support for induction and separation activities in consultation with schools.
- Liaise with candidates, schools, and internal staff regarding recruitment, payroll, and general enquiries.
- Assist with financial activities, including procurement, purchasing, grants allocation, and monitoring budget expenditure.
- Support financial reporting and invoice payments.
- Coordinate, administer, and support communication activities related to regional priorities and initiatives.
- Prepare and disseminate reports, spreadsheets, presentations, planning documentation, and correspondence.
- Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity in written and oral communication, and respond to enquiries courteously and within appropriate timelines.
- Provide support for meetings, including preparing agendas, papers, and minutes.
- Assist with professional development (PD) activities, including event management, catering, venue bookings, and invoice payments.
- Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.
