We are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Executive Services Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level confidential executive and administrative support to the Principal and Head of School while contributing to the effective operation and strategic priorities of the school.

About the Role:
As the Executive Services Officer, you will support the effective management and administration of the school by delivering high-quality executive assistance and operational support to the Principal, Head of School and Leadership Team. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient communication, coordination and administration across the school environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide high-level confidential executive and administrative support to the Principal and Head of School, including preparation of correspondence, reports, agendas and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate the Principal and Head of School diary, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements while managing competing priorities and ensuring efficient time management practices.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, documentation and administrative systems in accordance with departmental standards and school procedures.
- Provide executive support for meetings including preparing agendas, distributing papers, taking minutes and following up action items.
- Undertake administrative processes associated with student suspensions and exclusions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Liaise professionally with staff, students, parents, community representatives and external stakeholders on behalf of the Principal, Head of School and Leadership Team.
- Undertake research, project coordination and administrative activities to support school operations and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and prioritise incoming correspondence, enquiries and requests while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain effective office systems and procedures to support the smooth operation of the Executive Office.
- Support the coordination of school events, functions and leadership activities as required.
- Provide advice and information regarding departmental policies, procedures and administrative processes where appropriate.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism across all administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications and departmental systems.
