About the Role
As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Promote socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
- Build partnerships with students, parents, agencies, community groups.
- Be future-oriented and strategic. July
- Understand policies and legislation affecting the department.
- Manage department resources to achieve goals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven leadership in curriculum, pedagogy and school improvement.
- Expertise in driving high-impact, data-informed teaching strategies.
