About the Role
Specific Duties
- Student attendance, roll marking reporting to the Principal.
- Providing administrative and operational support to the school leadership team.
- Managing reception, enquiries, correspondence and school records.
- Supporting finance and general office processes.
- Student attendance assisting with school activities, excursion roll and follow up.
- Communicating professionally with staff, students, families and community members.
- Working independently while contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment.
Other Responsibilities Include
- Undertake routine activities including reception, telephone and counter enquiries, correspondence and general administration, recording student arrivals and departures in Oneschool and IDAttend.
- Administer first aid to students as required.
- Provide information and advice in line with school policies and/or Principal directives; and demonstrate empathy, emotional understanding and support.
- Apply day to day independence in determining work schedules and sequences within a well-defined environment with regular managerial supervision.
- Other responsibilities, as required, include suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.
