About the Role
As Head of Department (Curriculum), you will lead curriculum familiarisation, planning, implementation and review processes to continuously improve learning outcomes for all students.
You will provide instructional leadership, strengthen curriculum delivery and build staff capability through targeted professional learning. The role requires demonstrated success in improving student outcomes and a deep understanding of Reading through the Australian Curriculum and the department's strategic agenda.
The successful applicant will bring the leadership capability to influence practice, support high-performing educators and contribute to continuous school improvement.
