Robina State High School is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Head of Department (Mathematics).

This is a temporary full-time position for Term 3, 2026 unless otherwise determined.

Lead a high-performing Mathematics faculty and drive excellence in teaching, learning and student achievement.

Working as part of the leadership team, you will strengthen curriculum delivery, build staff capability and contribute to whole-school improvement priorities.

About the Role

As Head of Department (Mathematics) you will:

  • Lead curriculum implementation, support effective teaching practice and use data-informed approaches to improve student outcomes.
  • Coach and develop staff, foster a positive team culture and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality Mathematics programs aligned with school and departmental priorities.
