About the Role:
- Helping staff and students with technical issues and questions.
- Supporting student and staff devices in our BYOD environment.
- Setting up and maintaining computers, printers, classroom technology and other equipment.
- Assisting with software installations, user accounts and system maintenance.
- Working with teachers and school leaders to support learning through technology.
- Managing support requests and helping to keep our ICT resources organised and up to date.
- Collaborating with regional ICT support teams when required.
- We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy working with technology.
- TO2 appointees must have possession of a diploma qualification relevant to the tasks outlined, from a recognised tertiary institution or qualification which, in the opinion of the Direct-General, Department of Education or delegate is acceptable.

- Experience in a school environment is helpful but not essential.
