We are seeking a reliable, proactive and motivated Administration Officer (Reception) to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the school by providing high-quality reception, customer service and administrative support to students, families, staff and visitors. You will play an important role in maintaining a welcoming, organised and responsive front office environment that supports the day-to-day operations of the school. This role will commence 10 August 2026, until 11 December 2026 unless otherwise determined.

About the Role:

As the Administration Officer (Reception), you will support the day-to-day operations of the school by delivering professional reception and administrative services that contribute to a welcoming and efficient school environment. Working collaboratively with staff, students, families and the broader school community, you will play an important role in supporting communication, enquiries and daily school operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide professional reception and front office services, including responding to telephone, email and counter enquiries.
  • Welcome and assist students, families, staff and visitors, ensuring a positive and responsive customer experience.
  • Support day-to-day school administration, including appointments, correspondence, records management and general office duties.
  • Provide administrative support to school staff, including preparing documentation, communications and reports as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing information and support in line with school procedures.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, organised and efficient front office environment that supports the effective operation of the school.
