Your opportunity:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver curriculum that addresses identified skills shortages and supports students to transition successfully from school to employment.
- Develop and deliver a balanced range of instruction, practical activities and work experience, adapting individual training plans, assessment approaches and learning materials to meet students' learning needs and abilities while ensuring VET Quality Framework compliance.
- Maintain effective relationships with industry, schools and VET providers to ensure training remains current, including knowledge of relevant training package requirements and opportunities for student employment.
- Manage student attendance, behaviour, assessment and competency records, monitor progress and work placements, and implement appropriate intervention strategies to support successful completion of training programs and RTO compliance.
- Deliver training from endorsed Training Packages within the Scope of Registration, provide instruction in the safe use of relevant equipment, and maintain accurate training documentation, equipment and consumable records in accordance with required standards.
