We are seeking a highly organised, professional and experienced Administrative Officer to join our school team.
This is a varied role providing essential administrative and operational support to the Principal, Business Manager, staff, students and families. You will help ensure the day-to-day administration of the school runs smoothly and efficiently.

This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.40FTE), 29 hours per fortnight.

Your opportunity:
Contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager. You will work within existing guidelines to provide basic resolution of problems by reference to established procedure, consulting the Principal or Business Manager for matters that are more complex or non-routine.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administration and reception support.
- Maintain student records, enrolments, correspondence and school documentation.
- Support staff with timesheets, leave, rosters and relief arrangements.
- Process payments, banking, invoices and OneSchool financial transactions.
- Assist with maintenance, safety inspections, facility bookings and stock management.
- Prepare reports, minutes, newsletters, forms and correspondence.
- Communicate with students, parents, staff and external stakeholders.
- Manage daily priorities independently within established procedures.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Professional and approachable with strong customer service skills.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy school environment.
- Experienced in OneSchool finance processes - previous relevant OneSchool finance experience is essential.
- Experienced in general administration and record management.
- Confident handling financial information and sensitive records.
- A clear and professional communicator.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
