We are a state government regulator for the production and processing of primary produce (meat, eggs, dairy, seafood, seed sprouts) to ensure it meets national food safety standards and supports Queensland's innovative and diverse food supply chain. This role is critical in supporting food safety through surveillance, investigation, and monitoring activities. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to contribute to maintaining the integrity of Queensland's food supply chain and respond to food safety issues.
