State Library of Queensland is seeking an experienced endpoint systems administrator to join our ICT Services branch at South Bank, Brisbane.
This permanent, flexible full-time AO5 role covers administration, configuration, and lifecycle management of our enterprise endpoint environment across Windows 11 and macOS.
Working with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and MOE deployments, you will manage device provisioning, compliance, security controls, and application deployment.
The role also covers front-of-house public access environments and enterprise printing services.

Your key responsibilities will be
- Delivering reliable and secure ICT services through proactive administration of State Library's endpoint, systems, and application environments, while contributing to daily operations and achieving key service and organisational objectives.
- Planning, administering, and managing ICT endpoint environments, ensuring the effective provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of systems and services.
- Supporting and guiding team members in resolving complex escalations, promoting knowledge sharing and service consistency across ICT service delivery.
- Contributing to the planning and delivery of ICT projects, providing technical expertise for upgrades, deployments, and service improvements.
- Collaborating and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ICT services are progressive, relevant, and solutions driven.
- Contribute to a positive and safe work environment by ensuring conduct that is culturally capable, inclusive, respectful and ethical.
Qualifications Technical/educational
While there are no mandatory requirements for this role, relevant qualifications in information technology would be highly regarded.
