If you're driven by the idea of connecting Queenslanders with free and trustworthy online databases, ebooks, journals, newspapers, training courses, and more, this is the perfect role for you! As Team Leader, Eresource Management, you'll work closely with content selectors and eresource vendors to setup access, provide technical support, and oversee acquisitions workflows for electronic materials in State Library's collections.

The role requires operational experience: High proficiency with digital content and technical systems. Excellent attention to detail, with strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills essential for working with acquisitions, bulk data manipulation, and access issues on vendor platforms. Understanding of metadata standards, practices, and cataloguing tools, including but not limited to RDA, LCSH, and MARC21 formats.

Qualifications Technical/Educational 
To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant or related qualification and be eligible for professional membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
