Customer Insights and Brand Manager

As the Customer Insights and Brand Manager you’ll work across Queensland’s major sporting and entertainment venues to execute a portfolio wide Customer Research program that delivers comprehensive customer demographics and personas, economic impact, satisfaction ratings and informs and champions customer engagement strategies. The position is required to lead and manage a broad program of qualitative and quantitative research activities including development, procurement, implementation and interpretation of results to improve Stadiums Queensland (SQ)’s knowledge of venue users. With an eye on innovation, you will continuously refine research strategies to deliver a mix of short and long term research projects that can be used to inform strategic planning, customer service planning and provide real time results for venues to implement immediate improvements.
