Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Work collaboratively with the Principal to lead the strategic, operational, and instructional direction of the school.
  • Support the implementation of the School Strategic Plan and Annual Implementation Plan, contributing to whole school improvement priorities.
  • Act as the Principal when required, ensuring continuity of leadership and effective decision making.
  • Provide professional advice and support to the Principal on student achievement, engagement, attendance, wellbeing, staff capability, and school improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and support high quality teaching, learning, assessment, and moderation practices across the school, using evidence based and data informed approaches to improve outcomes.
  • Drive improved student achievement, behaviour, engagement, attendance, and wellbeing through targeted strategies and whole school systems.
  • Provide line management and leadership for Heads of Department, Heads of Year, year level teams, or specialist staff as allocated.
  • Build staff capability through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and targeted professional learning aligned to school priorities
  • Support effective school operations, including timetabling, resource allocation, rostering, and daily organisational management.
