About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to provide clinical psychology rehabilitation services to adults at STARS. Deliver high level clinical psychology clinical services of a complex and varied nature within a variety of settings across STARS in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, with minimal direct clinical supervision.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Utilise continuous high-level problem solving and critical thinking skills to support independent clinical reasoning and professional judgement in clinical psychology clinical practice within one or more complex caseloads.
• Actively contribute to service and caseload management and planning within the psychology service streams and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide leadership in the provision of evidence-based and patient-centred psychology practice and education, and initiate clinical research and service improvement projects in order to optimise health outcomes.
