About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to support the Ambulatory Services Manager in the delivery of technical advice and high-quality data auditing to meet both mandatory and organisational reporting requirements relating to Ambulatory Services.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Use experience and knowledge of outpatient referrals and services to support the Ambulatory Services Manager to undertake daily, weekly, and monthly data cleansing to ensure accurate and timely reporting requirements of the service are met.
- Support STARS, through timely reporting of ambulatory services data, for relevant performance indicators within STARS and MNH Performance and Accountability Framework.
- Proactively identify information needs and respond to requests from the Ambulatory Services Manager for information by appropriately gathering and sourcing information for analysis, assisting with analysis, and producing reports to support benchmarking activities, quality outcomes assessments, future research, and more.
- Supporting the Ambulatory Services Manager in tracking and reporting on patient transfers through managing a shared mailbox, data base and reporting dashboard.
- Apply relevant analytical techniques such as pivot tables, graphs and simple formulas to deliver reliable data reports within Microsoft Excel in formats that are user friendly, fit for purpose and relevant to the needs of the user.
